Check-in and Check-out Procedures
- After booking, a Vacation Rental Agreement will be provided. All guests are required to sign the agreement within 72 hours of booking and prior to occupying the property.

Property Access
- Access to this condo requires some stairs. To enter the building, you go down about 7 steps. You'll enter on the 5th floor. Take the elevator down two floors, which is as far down as it goes. This condo is on the 2nd floor, so you go down the 3rd floor hallway and then down one flight of stairs to the condo.
Policies and Rules
- No smoking allowed.
- Minimum age: 30 years.

- No pets allowed (maximum pets: 0).
- Please review any Rental Agreement terms, House Rules, or Terms and Conditions presented during the online booking process.
- Each rental agreement and associated rates are for a specific group size (maximum occupancy: 4 guests). Guests must enter the correct and maximum group size at the time of booking. The agreement requires a guest to confirm the group size and subsequently disclose any changes to the planned group size, which may result in a change to the total cost and may require a security deposit.
Fees and Payments
- Guests may be required to provide a credit card and/or a refundable security/damage deposit.
- Some properties use a “High Occupancy Fee” for larger groups, allowing for a lower nightly rate for smaller groups. The group size entered at booking will affect the rate and security deposit requirements.
- The standard cleaning fee quoted as part of any booking is for the final cleaning after the rental period has ended.
- For guests booking a stay of more than one week, a mid-stay cleaning fee equal to the final cleaning fee may apply for each additional week. Contact the property manager before booking online if booking for an extended stay.
